Client files
Your clients send you a file, not screenshots.
Invite your clients from the first meeting. They gather their documents in the Prismo app; you receive a structured file, through a secure link or directly in Prismo Cabinet.
Documents arrive by WhatsApp, by email or on a USB drive, out of order and undated, and everything has to be sorted before you can start.
Prismo Cabinet receives files that are already structured, built up by your clients over the months.

Good to know
This information concerns French law.
The file belongs to the client. The firm has delegated access to it, which the client can restrict or withdraw at any time; every view is logged.
Prismo does not bring you clients and receives no payment linked to the number of files or to fees: the subscription is charged per lawyer. The French rules of professional conduct for lawyers forbid paying for client referrals.
Exchanges between lawyer and client remain covered by professional secrecy under French law.
General information about French law. · Prismo does not give legal advice: it prepares your lawyer's work and never replaces it.
