Can the other parent find out that I use Prismo?
Prismo sends them nothing: no invitation, no notification. Discreet mode hides the app on your phone.
Does Prismo replace a lawyer?
No. Prismo helps you gather and organize your documents. Analyzing your situation and deciding on a strategy is your lawyer’s job.
Will the judge accept my documents?
Only your lawyer can assess that in your situation. Prismo helps you keep documents that are complete, dated and obtained fairly.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your file is not stored only on your phone: you get it back by logging in to your account again.
Can I delete my file?
Yes, at any time, from the settings. Your file is then no longer accessible; the data is permanently erased within one month of your request.
