Incident log
Record an incident in 30 seconds.
Date, time, place, who was there, linked documents: Prismo guides you through noting the facts as they happen, even by voice. You no longer have to remember everything.
Weeks later, the dates blur together and all that is left are rough memories.
Prismo helps you note each event on the day, with its date, its place and the documents that go with it.

Good to know
This information concerns French law.
Under French law, a log you keep yourself carries little weight on its own: it is your own account. Its value lies elsewhere: rebuilding the timeline and finding the documents that confirm each event.
Precise, measured facts (date, time, what was said or done) are worth more than opinions. They also make your lawyer’s work easier.
In French family proceedings, facts can in principle be established by any means, provided the material was obtained fairly. Prismo does not let you record calls or access the other parent’s messages or accounts.
Prismo does not give legal advice: your lawyer will tell you what is useful to produce in your situation.
