Screenshots and documents
Share from any app.
A WhatsApp screenshot, an email, a bank statement: “Share → Prismo”, and the document is dated, sorted and filed. The full source is always kept.
Documents are scattered across the photo gallery, conversations, emails and the banking app, and some end up disappearing.
Prismo gathers them in one move, from the app they are in, and always keeps the complete original.

One move, from anywhere
WhatsApp, Messages, email, banking app, camera, files: share to Prismo without changing your habits.
The full source kept
Each extract stays linked to the complete conversation or document it comes from.
Dated and sorted
Prismo tells apart the date of the events and the date added, and suggests a theme. You have the final say.
How it works
- 1
Share
In the original app, tap “Share”, then Prismo. A screenshot, an email, a PDF or a whole conversation.
- 2
Check
Prismo suggests a date of events and a theme. You confirm or correct them, and link the document to an incident if needed.
- 3
Find
All your documents in one place, filtered by theme, ready to be numbered in the evidence index.
In detail
“Share → Prismo”
From WhatsApp, Messages, email, your banking app or your photo gallery.
Complete WhatsApp conversation
Import the export of an entire conversation, not just a few screenshots.
Multi-page scanning
Invoices, court decisions, letters: scanned with the camera and grouped into a single document.
Transcribed voice messages
Voice messages you receive are transcribed into text, to be checked, next to the original audio file.
Full source
The original stays attached to each extract, so the context is never lost.
Good to know
This information concerns French law.
Under French law, an extract taken out of context can be challenged. That is why Prismo always keeps the full source: the complete conversation, the whole document, the original file.
Material produced in French proceedings must have been obtained fairly. Accessing the other parent’s phone, messages or accounts without their consent can raise problems: Prismo offers no such feature.
The value of a screenshot is never settled in advance: it is the judge who assesses the material put before them. Your lawyer will tell you whether another form of record is useful, for example one made by a commissaire de justice (a court officer).
General information about French law. · Prismo does not give legal advice: it prepares your lawyer's work and never replaces it.
